These terms are the agreement between your business and Pixedi Digital Agency Limited ("we", "us") for Pixedi Link: link pages at pxdi.link, the QR codes that point to them and anything else we provide under the Pixedi Link name (the "service"). Pixedi Link is a service of Pixedi Digital Agency Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16968210. Our registered office address is on our Companies House record. By asking for a page, sending us your details or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of your business. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who can use Pixedi Link

The service is for businesses, sole traders and organisations, not for personal or household use. You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the business you name. Because you use the service as a business, consumer protection rules that apply only to consumers don't apply to this agreement.

You confirm that the details you give us are true and that you're entitled to use the business name, logo, photos, text and links you send us.

2. How the service works

We build and update your page from the details you send us, by email or through our forms. We may decline to publish or change something, or edit it for length, layout or safety, and we decide how the service looks and works. We aim to make changes within a few working days but don't promise a response time.

A basic page is free. If we introduce paid features, we'll show you the price first and nothing is charged without your agreement. We may change, limit or stop free features, and we'll give you at least 60 days' email notice before we stop the free page itself.

3. Your page address

Your address (pxdi.link/name) and any QR code we make for it belong to us and are licensed to you for as long as your page is live and you follow these terms. They aren't sold, rented or transferred, and you may not sell, trade or hold addresses for resale.

We keep your address the same for as long as your page is live. If your business name changes, we'll point the old address to the new one.

We may change or take back an address that uses someone else's name or trade mark, misleads people, breaks these terms, or belongs to a page nobody has asked us to update and whose business has stopped trading. Except where people are at risk or the law requires it, we'll email you 30 days before doing so.

When a page is taken down, its address shows a neutral notice page. We don't give a closed page's address to another business for at least 12 months, so that old printed QR codes don't send people somewhere unexpected.

4. Your content

Everything you give us to put on your page (your name, logo, photos, text and links) stays yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, format, display and share it as part of the service, and to show your page as an example of our work. The licence ends when your page is taken down, apart from copies in backups, which are deleted in the normal cycle, and examples already printed or published.

We don't use your content to train AI models and don't pass it to AI companies.

You're responsible for your content, the websites and services your buttons link to, the offers and claims you make, and your dealings with the people who contact you through your page, including any obligations you have to them under privacy or consumer law.

5. What isn't allowed

You may not use Pixedi Link, or ask us to publish anything, that:

• is illegal, or links to anything illegal;
• is a scam, phishing, a fake offer or a pyramid scheme, or collects people's details under false pretences;
• contains or links to malware, spyware or unwanted software;
• pretends to be another person, business or organisation, or uses their name or trade mark without permission;
• infringes copyright, trade marks or other rights;
• is sexually explicit, or promotes gambling, weapons, drugs, escort services or the sale of fake followers or reviews, unless we agree otherwise in writing;
• harasses, threatens or shares private information about anyone;
• is used for spam, link farms, SEO link schemes or redirect chains; or
• tries to interfere with, overload or get around the security of the service.

We check links before they go live and from time to time after, and we may show a warning page before a link we consider risky. Our checks reduce risk but can't catch everything, and we don't guarantee that any linked website is safe. We may block a website or service for everyone if it is widely used for scams or malware, whatever an individual business intended.

6. Removing pages and ending the service

We may remove content, disable a link, suspend a page or end the service for your business at any time if we reasonably believe you've broken these terms, if people are at risk, if we're asked to by a court or authority, or if keeping it would expose us to legal risk. Where people aren't at risk, we'll usually tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

You can ask us to take your page down at any time by writing to us. We may also end the service for your business for any other reason with 60 days' email notice.

If we ever close Pixedi Link altogether, we'll give at least 90 days' email notice and, for pages in good standing, tell you how to point your printed QR codes elsewhere.

7. Printed QR codes and availability

A Pixedi Link QR code opens your page through our service. If a page is removed, suspended or unavailable, the QR code will not reach it. We work to keep pages online and fast, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that a code will scan on every printed material, size or phone.

Test every QR code on your final print proof before printing. We aren't responsible for printing, reprinting, design, advertising or distribution costs, or for materials that carry a code or address after the page has been removed under these terms.

8. Counts and reports

The visit and tap counts we give you are estimates. Some visits are blocked, filtered as automated or not recorded, so the numbers are a guide and not a record for billing or legal purposes.

9. Reporting a page

To report a page that's unsafe, misleading or uses your name, trade mark or copyright, email hello@pxdi.link with the subject "Report", the page address and what's wrong. For rights claims, include enough to show the right is yours. We'll look at every report, may remove or disable content while we check, and will tell the page owner so they can reply. We remove pages of businesses that repeatedly infringe other people's rights.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Subject to that, we aren't liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, customers, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, for printing or marketing costs, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for everything arising from the service in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us for Pixedi Link in those 12 months and £100.

We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of hosting, network, telecoms or power providers, attacks and changes made by third-party platforms such as Instagram, Google or phone makers.

11. Your responsibility to us

You'll cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal costs, arising from claims by others about your content, your links, your use of a name or trade mark, your dealings with your customers or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email businesses with a live page at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the change is needed sooner for legal or safety reasons. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can ask us to take your page down.

13. General

These terms and our privacy notice are the whole agreement between us about Pixedi Link. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something straight away, we can still do it later. You can't transfer this agreement without our written consent; we may transfer it to a company that takes over the service. Nobody else has rights under this agreement. Sections 3 to 5 and 7 to 13 continue after the service ends where they need to.

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, wherever your business is.
